location, birth cohort, and age. Observations of vaccination
status (which may span cohorts, ages, and doses) are used to
fit a latent survival-style process model that decomposes
coverage into a lifetime propensity to vaccinate and a
time-varying force of vaccination. Hierarchical spatial
structure (e.g., state, county, school) supports partial
pooling via random effects. Models are implemented in 'Stan'
and fit via 'rstan'. Provides helpers to validate user-supplied
input data, and to predict coverage from fitted models.</description><link>https://github.com/r-universe/accidda/actions/runs/28020146892</link><pubDate>Tue, 16 Jun 2026 20:06:05 GMT</pubDate><r:package>imuGAP</r:package><r:version>0.1.0</r:version><r:status>failure</r:status><r:repository>https://accidda.r-universe.dev</r:repository><r:upstream>https://github.com/accidda/imugap</r:upstream><r:article><r:source>imuGAP.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>imuGAP.html</r:filename><r:title>imuGAP, Immunity: Geographic &amp; Age-based Projection</r:title><r:created>2025-11-30 23:13:04</r:created><r:modified>2026-06-16 19:35:17</r:modified></r:article></item><item><title>[accidda] paramix 0.0.2</title><author>carl.ab.pearson@gmail.com (Carl Pearson)</author><description>A convenient framework for aggregating and disaggregating
continuously varying parameters (for example, case fatality

compartmental models (for example, with broad age categories)
